As a food consultant and editor who specialises in food trends, content creation and creative strategy, I'm lucky enough to do what I love for a living. I spend all day thinking, talking, and writing about food. 

As a food consultant, I create bespoke food trends reports for clients, which empower them to make the trends, not just follow them. I've collaborated with brands including Diageo, Unilever, Deli-france and Stonegate, as well as supporting smaller, challenger brands and provided expert opinion for national press and TV. 

I've also worked as a senior editor leading some of the UK's biggest food and recipe websites. I write freelance food features for print and online, including The Independent, Stylist, The Sunday Times, Time Out, The Guardian, and Sainsbury's magazine. 

When not immersing myself in all things food, I love jumping in the sea.
